We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We also store the form submissions that your website visitors submit through FormFlow endpoints — this data is yours and you control it. We collect payment information through Stripe (we never store card numbers directly).
We use your email to send you submission alert notifications (which you can turn off anytime), billing receipts, and important service updates. We never sell your data or your users' data.
Data submitted through your FormFlow forms belongs to you. You can export it as CSV at any time, and it is deleted immediately if you delete your account or the form. We store it on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest.
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments,Resend for transactional emails, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each service has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
